it may be less by the time the buyback is approved, I think 5% lower than the NTA is the figure we are looking at.
Going by the daily share buyback notice that makes the NTA around 1.46 at last look

On 8 September 2008 Lion sold 70.1 million Indophil shares at $1.17 per share realising approximately $82 million in cash
How about 82 mill / 190 mill shares = 43 cents per share cash back & retain your holding

The buy back has a bit of a smell to it I reckon
