Maybe, most important of everything:
1. REO-Prices have to recover
2. Confidence coming back
3. Money from institutions and retailers
4. Financing should improve for the whole sector
Many "if´s" but there is a good chance this whole thing will turn again. It might take some time for that. At the end supply and demand is driving stocks. Let´s hope that the global economy recovers and REOs are still consumed in quantities.
