Distribution is the likely culprit here, I think it's an orderly sell down, the majors don't really need to hold stock, they have the freedom of free options, unlike the greater unwashed, mind you, everyone involved with this placement is doing very well, and there is still plenty of liquidity here, I think most of the placement stock has already been turned over now. Now for the next phase which should be a fairly regular series of announcements in the next few weeks or so.
