The reason they are not ramping up sales is because they are prepared to sit on their asset and not sell it for cheap - therefore when the iron ore price should increase to a sensible level or more I am sure they will begin sales.
Don't also forget China has been asleep for a long while now, and even if we don't sell directly to China, they consume loads, and this decline in consumption is effecting global movement, capacity and requirement for IO material between all IO resources and distributors.
Just got to follow the company and sit tight, buying where you have dry powder on dips/at a good SP, and await it out.
Position: I have held, don't currently hold because I am full invested elsewhere, and I think their is time here to re-enter/buy.
