The announcement of the East to West strategy didn’tfill me with confidence that AD214 had a bright future. I guess my ideal situation would have been that the founding scientist was still leading an R&D team focused on the technology that the company was built one. Instead, that scientist is nowhere to be found, they have shelved the iBody Platform and AD214, and are operating with a skeleton crew that will now primarily focus on due diligence of other companies’ assets…. inspirational! I still ask myself which company is going to want to partner with Adalta when they themselves have failed to get their own drug to phase 2, I presume only companies with not many other options…… from sharks blood to bottom feeders.
A complete change in direction, and that’s not the strategy I invested in. However, I am a buy and hold firm for 10 years kinda guy. So my 2m shares will be staying put and right now I have already waved good bye to the 70k AUD its cost me over the years. I will put this one low down the watch list, and will be glad not to hear about “term sheets” and “MOU’s” that mean sweet FA.
