Hi all

Im not privy to whatever action the group is planning, l assume from earlier posts its a collective of holders ammassing numbers to send a message.

Im sitting on the sideline, as l feel lm not a holder that can assist based on holdings. I sold most at a big loss after loading up at 10 to 14c based on several catalysts promoted by the company at the time. My largest issue is the support mentioned by many for SD, something i cant support given the interview and post events.

At this time l have lost confidence in both WBT and NXR.......(given thier collective silence). I still maintain that if there was any positive direction for the tech.......more than several large players would be circling and not be phased by the power struggle beneath.

When and if there is a meeting l will be voicing a no confidence vote in management anyways. (NO)
I must say that this journey has taught me lessons on lies and morality. Honesty has no place here. I wish all holders a positive outcome, be that material or reflection.

I have waited long for an answer on whether a company ...private or suspended.....is compelled to hold an AGM?

I will continue to monitor this forum.
