sorry guys but today was not a good day for VMS shareholders. The initial ann was not the one expected which will have disappointed a great many that have been buying in expecting the upgrade. The news was good but it needed to be great to sustain the rally.
Then the 2nd SPP was then released and that really killed it. Raising at 44c when the price is 60 will send the SP only one way...down. Many of those who believe they will get the $10000 will immediately sell at current prices only to pick them back up at 44c. But if you read this carefully the existing share holders wont get very much, 2m shares is the limit, that is clearly stated. Everyone will want there share so expect it to be oversubscribed. At best we will get 2000-3000 shares.
Up until week ago I was very happy with management, but this is disappointing. Dishing out 6 million options to themselves at 70c and offering out shares to outside investors at 44c is a slap in the face for the long termers IMO.
I hold for the long haul but am having a bit of a sulk at the mo.
