Do the second tranche and the SPP have to put to the AGM under the conditions already advertised in the ASX announcement, or can they be altered? For example, to be at 55 cents rather than 44 cents and a different proportion going to SPP?
I suspect only those who may have been offered shares at 44 cents would vote for retention of the original conditions.
I would still buy at 55 cents even though I would have to sell some to raise the cash!!
