Ari I think the best we could hope for would be a struggle between majors. That might bump the price a bit. Whilst it wouldn't take much to step in and snap it up now, probably < $50 would do it, I think it would also be very cheap at $1 a share i.e. $295m.
I guess what I am saying is that multiple takeover bids could escalate rapidly.
