The market is forward looking and Zip only tangible assets is the recent cash raised from capital raising which is offset by $500 million in convertible notes so their actual asset base is negative.
Additionally that cash is being depleted at $25 million per month so the negative book value is just getting worse every month.
There is no tangible book value here even at ten cents
