The timing is all about the IO price. The downwards pressure today was due to a price dropped in the futures contact price... down $0.12c, market expecting a price upturn due to historical data in China restocking. India is also waiting to take advantage of the lower IO price targeting higher iron yield.... its a waiting game and could jump as quickly as it decreased based on what country buys first..
