AVQ is not new to SI they have already made contacts and established with many in SI

Sure this may carry weight if u allow emotion to cloud ure judgement - a failing IMO from management down to HC - but the COA ruling exposed such thinking as an embarrassing delusion.

To wit it counts for nothing under Westminister law how well known or popular one is if a granted lease is invalid.

In this case a lease which excluded legitimate land owners, despite what Invest denies. It was a dog & those that did proper research knew it.

Once landowners sort themselves out AVQ is back in business.
