if AVQ lost, SMM would of had the asset in their hands right now.... no one won or lost.

unfortunately in my view, it is as if AVQ is back to the future - March/April 2011. as if nothing happened and back the beginning.

I find it hard to believe the SI courts didn't have a political influence on the decision and it was easier to wipe its hands clean after the SI government stuffed up. so IMO neither AVQ or SMM won or lost only the SI government won and wasted every ones time and money for 5 years!

by the way, no wonder the regulars don't bother on this forum...... these new nicknames are ridiculous and these threads are a joke! HC may as well shut the forum down....
