What a terrible outcome.
As I previously suggested, the shares are in trading halt with a suspension already being mooted.
It’s going to be very difficult for RIM to survive this. GPR legal costs and damages are unlikely to be minor costs.
Shareholders need to consider carefully how the directors have conducted themselves. One thing is clear, the termination of earn ins was not in shareholders best interests.
