What a joke !
Mates rates is something that comes to mind!
Seriously, this is a not a joke. It's very poor deal for shareholders and I'm not happy. To make matters worse they gave away more of the company as an option at .30 with friggin 4 year strike.
They come out and scream OVERSUBSCRIBED when shareholders didn't even how much the were raising !
If there was so much demand why the low raising and free options?
Lost faith in this one because of managements capital raising abilities.
Sub .17 is what they raised at including the options. Unforgivable shareholders weren't allowed to buy in at such a massive discount to support their company.
