A very interesting background read. Caplin has clearly been around the block a few times and knows how to set a proper structure and get the real message across to the masses. A salesperson through and through that would understand the concept of ABC - "always be closing".

Clearly a good addition to CVI to "review our business plan" and "produce analytical presentation material".
