There has been a repeating pattern with the negative criticism CVI has copped on HC. Lack of transparency and lack of clear direction are 2 comments i have read over and over. these were probably fair observations but the conclusions often reached from these observations are often wild and fanciful. everyone has a story about coporate criminals running mining specs and a story about doing business in Africa. MS has been accused of being a liar, a spiv and a used car salesman.

but all this time, it would now seem, he was merely executing the first part of his plan. That was to gather up as many world class assets as he could in a variety of commodities whilst they were available.

I guess now large institutions, who have been asked to either lend money to or invest in CVI, have been reading hotcopper as they do and want these questions attended to.
