TOE market cap is $100m plus, and AEE is lagging at around $23m, so if this sector gets a run on, which it looks like it will, then AEE could easily match it for market cap.. IMO AEE has much better projects which have attracted major company interest in the past. At 3.5 cents, it's very cheap, and on sector comparisons it could get past 10 cents.
