very simple common sense

mmm...just thought about this:

The company told us (in the agm report) that they expect a "new liceses in south east asia" and also they expect a new farmin/JV with a big oil company for the kyrgistan part.


If this is true and they beleive in what they said, they should wait with "the new options"...if put out a good ann (and decent one) and take the sp to 3 cents...then they can issue the new options and gets much more money for the health and the future of the company......

I have no idea why I love to hate this company...though I did not loose too much money....
