there govt owned yes kozzie but there run like a private coy,the govt has told BCL they must run independent and will not prop them up,those 2 take overs were completely financed independently by BCL .
i followed the 2 take overs and they did not get any govt funding at all,quite the opposite in fact,they had to do all there own due diligence and submit and were hoping for some funding but the govt said "no soup for you".
so treat them like a private coy
