Hi Topspec, One theory could be we have an unknown underwriter yet to be announced for the oppies,another theory could be let the oppies lapse so there is less shares which might be more attractive to the potential asian partners who might be purchasing 15 million in February giving them a larger stake in the company.Or maybe our potential asian partners want to be the underwriters indirectly as well making them major or majority shareholder. As it appears atm this company is exporting bauxite (dso)in 12 months,makes bau an incredible investment at these prices. Just my cynical opinion of course.
