    Who was the short form prospectus released to the market yesterday for 10,000 shares at $0.68 raising a massive amount of $6,800 for?

    Has there been a previous announcement regarding this that I missed.

    Was just one shareholder from their recent placement a non-sophisticated investor so they had to release a prospectus?
