    Sorry my last post should have said reconfirmed dividend. It is a good announcement, but will people revalue all their property down by 13%, because the sale price could not achieve book value. I know this property had extensive maintenance coming up. Not sure how this will be taken

    Reconfirming the dividend is good enough for me though. :)
