    In fact AZZ are only buying back--at the moment--- the equivalent quantity that was issued to the directors in performance rights,, so as not to have any dilutuon to shareholders !!

    248600 vested and exercised have already been bought, and another 90000 or so ,, vested but not yet exercised, will be bought when they are, !!
