market might think there is a potential capital raising coming? could be a placement to the usual brokers, then broker buy recommendations, then the real ramp so they can make an easy profit.

directors were very reluctant to dilute holders at these levels before, so i personally would be surprised to see a raising now at below cash backing. more likely i thought they'd raise at 20c after more upward shareprice action
