Guys, Any shareholder has the right to enquire the identity of all shareholders with a relevent interest in the company, if this is a bank/finc institution in another country, that bank if it doesn't break any of their laws has an obligation to pass on that info. their is another provision in regards to dividends/capital reissue for foriegn holders. give me a while and i will look it all up and give a full run down. As bit busy. if anyone has time will be in chapter 6 section 606 off the top of my head.
