very strange offer 30c, but trading at 21.5c

    In the stockmarket it is extremely difficult to find a certain thing.

    I may wrong but CBH's propotional offer price is 30 cents,
    but trading at 21.5 cents.

    I do not know what I am missing.
    Big gap between offer price and trading market price.
