    are the 12.9% of shares to be cancelled?
    They paid like 28C??? for them

    I wonder how much they will pay for their own stock...10% = 140 million shares
    i dont think many will be selling under 30c..they may get say 5 mill under 30c...but how high will they bid..and how soon...is their rules re what they can pay?
