I think the outlook very good.
I hear thet the company now considers itself a tier one player. They keep winning decent contracts against the bigger players. They try to compete in only 2-3 main sectors of the industry and seem to be very well respected by customer in the industry generally.
The challenge will be to attract and retain staff as the skills shortage gets worse in the IT sector. However this also applies to all their competitors.
The company is starting to look a bit pricey at the moment, but soem big fund managers have got in at these high prices. I would tip a bit on stagnation followed by a rise if they can maintain their sales growth and more impoortantly margins in the full year reports.
