It is clear this is being capped at the moment, for what reason Im not sure. Does Sihayo post their Top 20 every week on their website. Will be interesting to see if there have been any movements in the last month.
Top 20 own 75% of the register, so it may be clear who has been capping/selling.
When you consistently see 1 share offered on the sell side it makes you wander
