Hello Ponyboy.......exclusivity period expires 24/2 so bearing in mind that the last announcement was on the eve of the expiry date and also that the 22/2 and 23/2 are the weekend we may expect to hear something either Friday night or early Monday morning. Not long to go now.
As far as today's action goes I'd be pretty happy. In a spooked market with day traders all over this stock like a rash a 3% drop following a 20% up day is nothing to be concerned about. Yesterday's action signalled a definite change in sentiment in my view and bearing in mind the sudden price and volume rise I would be surprised if there was not some "smart money" involved this close to a conclusion. You can never be sure ofcourse and I am using a trailing stop on my position in case the smart money starts dumping prior to an announcement but very happy to hold ATM.
