Goodness me.
I tried to get borrow on RIM when I was discussing it previously so I could take a short position. Sadly it was impossible.
i hadn’t looked in a while as it was pointless.
but things really look much worse now.
how many shares do the underwriters and subunderwriters hold from the last option raise? Must be best part of 100m shares.
And the stock is now offered 10% below the latest proposed raising.
this looks seriously ugly.
