I thought you were smarter than this. Perhaps the price chart isn't what is required here? Perhaps it is more of a fundamental view.

Here is what happens.
The farmer fattens up a specific breed of cattle to a specified weight (600-700kg) to a specific market (Indonesia). They operate on an overdraft to pay creditors, wages and mortgages. When their big payday comes they pay the creditors, the employees and the bank and everyone is happy.
Stop the shipment to this specific market and the farmer doesn't get paid. It is not something that you can turn on and off like water. If you miss the boat then you really do miss the boat.
