    I don't like wabbits, meself -too stinky, or at least, my olfacory factory isn't too keen on the smells emanating from its cooking. Nor do I like their very gamey flavour. I think the modern folk have lost that sense of hunting and all that went with it a while back and our taste buds -as well as our other four senses have evolved... The greeks stuff it (clog it!) with garlic or onion to get camouflage both, smell and taste; and drink lots of grenache with it. The more modernised greek will drown it in red wine and leave it drowned for over 24 hours before cooking it! And even then, they invite their (or their neighbour's) canine to the table!
    I haven't eaten wabbit since the 60s and even then it would have only been two or three times, the wabbits having been bought at Vic. Market.
