Hi kippax, I do believe these shares are for the retiring directors, Carter,Bonython, Hillis and Owens.So if they did sell these shares to raise $5m then that would equate to 62,500,000 shares at .08 or 15,625.000 shares for each director.So here's what I reckon should happen at this up coming extraordinary general meeting. We as share holders should demand this, that we issue 15,625,000 shares each on the condition that they sell them for the drilling. LOL
