very very very oversold

This company came up on my scanner and the chart is like ... terrible, but all indicators implying a bottom has been put in ...
... then I go to the news and it's all very encouraging ...

So ... this begs the question. Why has this company had such a HUGE slide.

I know there's a lot of debt, but still, the company seems relatively solvent, with great prospects ...

Can anyone fill me in on the skeletons in the closet?
