Well if you look at the buy side, any large investor decides to sell and we will be seeing 4.2/4.3 again very shortly, a lot off sellers now impatient with EMS and how long they are taking to update the market.
Its been 3 years since they started the trials and to be honest little success, I very much doubt much will change in 2011, in the next 6 months they will run out off money and pattersons will do another CR around the 4c again.
