I have moments of concern when I think about how open the SMA model is to the whims of politburo. The CR is a good move now that things are progressing well, get as entrenched as possible as quick as possible, hopefully in other countries as well.
Love the fact that it's all being funded by the major holders, while also giving us little guys a bite at the discount offering.
