Once the Macquarie Scheme is voted down its appropriate the new Board approach the courts with a view to having Trojan declared either a " vexatious litigant " or something similar and banned from requisitioning the company and playing any legal role in the affairs of this company and its future. Perhaps the court could order he sell his shares ? Anybody else considering a similar disreputable course of action could be repelled the same way.
