Does anyone think Phil will take the reins, and show Rob the door?
I think the mere exclusion of Rob would result in the discount narrowing significantly.
The fact Rob is worth hundreds of millions - is probably the most depressing, emblematic sign of excess in the funds management industry.
I think it's time for those activist shareholders to get Phil on speed dial - and let him know Rob is an anchor. Time to take those millions and join a country club somewhere.
