If the AFR is correct in its suggestion that some in the market are instructing brokers not to sell stock to Saba, then what are the details behind these instances? The large number of shares on March 19th were mainly bought via the buyback, and Regal. If the selling broker had these sorts of instructions the shares could hardly be thought of as being traded in an "efficient, competitive and informed" market. Whatever were the details (only the AFR - who don't seem to need to quote sources might know), Regal around then nudged their stake from about 7.5 to 8.5%. Maybe it will be important one day to the eventual effective control of VG1.
