Im actually confused about the expansion of the policy and please correct me if my thoughts are on the wrong path:
Even if google play allow gambling apps from the included countries onto the platform, it will still depends on the country where the app user (IP address) is to determine if they can go on the app and gamble
As mobile apps are part of our everyday lives, I just hope the last 2 points will not cause any issues for existing users.
