When an investor wants $14m in shares you negotiate above the asking price to lock in your bid. If the investor was to mop up the 600K before locking in $5.50 the share price would most probably rise and the investor would be $13.4m short of filling their position possibly paying above $5.50 a share.
I see it as a positive, big investment like this should drive VGW shares higher.
