    Possible buy back mixed with Dividends too, throughout the CY (rich in cash)

    Smaller Dividends (see my post few days ago), if loan to be repaid rapidly in CY 2023 (just my take)

    The main issue here is the buy back offer amount, as VGW will be showing its hand (OR maybe short-changing you)
