I think buyback plus a divvy to be announced in a few weeks time. I think LE won’t participate in the BB because he will want to get a higher % interest in the company. The divvy will be smaller as he will want to encourage shareholders to take up the BB.
When the BB is completed divvys will increase as this is the way LE gets $ out of the company for his expensive hobbies
The BB should be for at least $6 imo to encourage holders to take it up…. $6.50 upwards if he wants it to be successful. If it’s say $5-$5.50 I will be ambivalent about taking it up.
