Guys, take your profit and parlay it into ARB (I am a holder). Same leverage to the market, better valuation and better cap structure.
My limited observation for what its worth. We all need to give LE his flowers here as he has effectively created the sector however I believe the regulatory risk is overplayed as social gaming companies are becoming serious tax payers in their own right and we all know governments of all persuasions love a tax dollar. As such this is as opportunistic a takeover I have seen in all my years of investing in public and private markets and I do not see much for minority shareholders here other than to take the cash (and the profits)
