Looks to me like they want the cake and eat it all as the business is very good and seeing frustrated holders they will buy out where they can before listing or buy out by private equity. They cannot sit idle as such because big holdings by management will not realize until they IPO or a PE buy out and the risk of leaving too long the business could change or market crash and Laurance will not capitalize on his wealth.
