    I suspect that lots of holders would be happy if VGW would actually do a buyback through Primary Markets. The price at which shares are trading there is a joke, which reflects the lack of liquidity on that platform.

    No-one wants another buy back on the same terms as the last one, with the payment taxed as a dividend, and the same scaleback applied to everyone regardless of how many shares you have, or how many you tendered into the buyback. (Except for Laurence of course, who had a guaranteed allocation).

    The fact that the buy back price was $6.50, but shares are still trading on PM at $4, tells you what "the market" thinks of the last buy back.
