    To me this is a sign of desperation on the part of Voda. Being a holder of HTA and TPM I obviously hope the appeal is fruitful, but if it fails IMHO Voda sees they need to merge to grow here in Aus.

    A merge with TPM would make them a southern Asia Pac powerhouse....

    Teoh is planning to become one whether Voda are along for the ride or not....
