ie: the US, EU, Japan etc and China itself (given Shenge offtake and they'd like the lot of VHM was willing) all want this product and if Australia has a stockpile of it sitting there - not only does that stockpile become more valuable but as a bargaining chip, if you can't get them from the main supplier and Oz is one of the few places you can - that becomes very valuable. Especially if there is wider war. These things are critical to both the small and cheap weapons of modern war (drones) and the biggest & most expensive (f35s, nuke subs etc).
